Hello My 4 months old daughter is on breastfeed and formula both and she is doing green mushy poop.. is this normal?

Well actually it is completely normal for a child to have green coloured motion when they are in formula and soft and mushy till that time it is not a loose motion is fine and if it is a loose motion continuously happening then you need to see your doctor
