Hello, my 1year 9days old son has teething stage but he has 6teeths now he is suffering from fever nd diarrhoea could u please suggest regarding this

A. baby 1 year For diarrhea give ors sporolac and natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc give plenty of oral fluids give syp zinc as prescribed by your maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
