It is important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot, cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes.
whole fruit is better than fruit juice.
grated and soaked dry fruits like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnuts.
give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts
avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread
breastfeed child for enough fluid intake , also boiled and cooled water intake.
