hello... muje periods vese toh time se aa rh hai...or 4 ,5 days tk finish ho jaa rh hai... lekin 3 months se flow jitna muje 2nd day aata hai utna hi aa rha hai...koi dikkat ki baat toh nh hai..plz suggestions dijiye

A. What is your age pls elaborate more if you are experience heavy menstrual flow during periods then you should take care of few things like your diet eat nutritious diet have iron rich foods do yoga and pranayam and avoid stress avoid late dinners sleep well
