A. hi ji ,ye kuchh allergic reaction ya fir infection k jesa lag rha he to pehli chiz ,bachche ko abhi k liye khatta , spicy aahar na de bachche ko garam (bhot jyada garam nahi) pani se bath de. chahe to coconut oil ki patli parat lagaye .
