Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. yes you can give banana Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.vg
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on
please give daily sun light exposure
