meri baby girl ko sweating ka problem Hai.....hands legs head par bahot pasina ata Hai....bilkul garmi sahan nahi kr sakti...thoda bhi khelti Hai to Pura sir pasine se gila ho jata Hai.....sote samay bhi bed per Jo sir ke niche ka Hissa gila ho jata Hai.....please guide me what I do for her sweating problem....etni sardi Mai bhi fan lagna padta Hai...aur uske wajh se sardi ho jati Hai....bahot pareshan ho gayi hu...please guide me

if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sweating pattern in the child. 
but if you feel that the child is having some other problems also get the child examined by the doctor. 
you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas.
if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes.
it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body.

sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon.
this can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection.

kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
it will dissolve mucus in nose and throat.
for fever and pain give paracetamol.d
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
try to prevent temperature variationsf around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor  d
