A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
