start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.
give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily .

Yes it is common for a child to have a higher body temperature so till the time it is not fever till the time it is not 99° fahrenheit plus it is completely normal in that case you do not need to give any medicine to the child for sureWrite Your Answer Here
