SwethaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. Hi, my kids r 2.4 years old, I hv started giving them Kiddoze gummies ( DHA & OMEGA FATTY ACIDS). Daily I give them 2, they poop for 3-4 times a day after started giving them tht.. usually they poop for max of 2 times a day. Can u plz suggest me is their Any problem taking these gummies or do I need to reduce it to 1, till they get adjusted?

please avoid all packed food and products with refined flour
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi Vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
