A. Dologel you can actually apply this 3 to 4 times in the day specially half an hour before giving any food to the child right now you should prefer more of light and easily digestible food with less spices which would be easier for the child to accept over within 24 hours you’ll see that be a good relief you can also give water with fennel seeds and start with B complex supplement
