hello mem/sir mere beti 10 months ki hai 2din se full day wo normal rehti hai but night me sote time uski body thodi garm ho jati hai... kya ese me use mai paracitamol de sakti hu. or esa kyu ho raha hai.plz help

A. but sir baby ki body sirf night me ya sote time he hit karti hai esa kyu

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required....j and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
