Hello mam! My son is 4yr and 5 months Since last 1 month his nose remains block at night and while sleeping We chk with doc 2 times they say one sode is block and gave med But still no improvement Please guide

A. may be seasonal variation .For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
