hello mam , my son is 2yrs 6 months... his potty contains blood and his pennies get hard sometimes

This is quite normal and boys, so you should definitely not worry about it at all. If your baby is active and taking proper meals on time and passing stool and urine properly then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about. So you should definitely not worry about it.
