hello mam my child is 8 months old. how many times in a day I can give solid food?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Dad, This varies as per how well the baby is accepting his solids , so as you start with one time a day gradually you can increase the number of meals. so by now 2 to 3 main meals , 1 to 2 time snack and inbetween your feed
