Q. hello mam...my baby is 6months old..she is premature baby born at 34 weeks..her birth weight was 2 kg....now at 6 month her weight is 5.6 kg...is weight gain proper??!!!pls ans..

A. baby should double the birth weight by 5 months. weight for age of baby is good exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.

A. yes it's good weight gain as ideally baby should be double of birth weight by 6 month and your baby is tripled it

A. Ideal weight of six months baby is 5.8 - 9.2 so ur baby's weight is perfectly okay.. Moreover if ur baby is comfortable and active and healthy otherwise and then nothing to worry about

A. The weight is slightly on the lower side.but but the gain is good in comparison to the earlier weight.

A. yes good weight gain as by 6 months baby should be at least double of birth weight
