ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can give beet root juice.. no problem. Better to avoid giving banana, curd, citrus fruit and fruit juice during cough and cold..
give warm soup, lentil soup will be best fluids

See you can give any fruit and vegetable it’s not a problem but juices are not recommended to be given to instead of giving beetroot juice to the child go ahead with giving beetroot purée to the child I think that is definitely going to be a better choiceWrite Your Answer Here
