hello mam meri operation ko 3 months ho gaye hai mujhe galne wale take lage hai kab tak remove ho jate hai take ye wale kya kya kha sakte hai kya physical ho skate hai ....

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello now since it is already 3 months post delivery it is not a problem and based on your comfort u can slowly start and any concern then it is s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you
