RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Child should be 17 as of now so looking at the current age of your child I’m just going to recommend you to include more of proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian in the diet of your child please consult a nutritionist for a detailed diet plan
