they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.g
some ticmes it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
