Get your child exhausted to the level that your child wants to sleep by 8 o’clock or 9 o’clock in the night maximum because if you do not give data nap and make your child wake up early in the morning then their automatic going to fall into a schedule whether they don’t sleep in the day but sleep on the right time in the night this is also going to be helpful when your child starts going to the school
