Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child but you can continue breastfeeding if going on. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.d avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. So you should completely stop giving dairy products to a child for at least a week to 10 days and see if that helps in reducing the undo issue with lactose so stop giving every thing as of now and see if that helps otherwise I would advise you to get a consultation Vedha gastrologist
