hello mam....Mera beta 3.6 year old hai use bahut jyada constipation hogaya hai din bhar me 5-7 baar bahut thodi si potty hoti hai aur ye problem last 6 months se hai kai baar Dr ko dikhaya par koi relief nahi hai please suggest mai kya karu?

Okay so what do you do is try and include more of liquids and fibre into the diet of your child which is what is going to be beneficial because that was the hydration would be proper the poop is also need to be good and also you can check with your doctor if you can occasionally give some laxity for cleaning up the system property
