hello mam mera 7th mnth mai baby hai...mje 6 th mnth mai ache se periods hue bt ab 7 th mnth maii phr se naii hue.....

A. after delivery periods may remain irregular for a few months so no need to worry just have good nutrition and take good sleep whenever possible this will help regularise the menses soon

A. Hi mom It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes No need to worry Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding
