Hello Mam, I am a mother of 1 year and 8 month old daughter. My hairfall is too much and too much dandruff also. Kindly suggest me for hairfall and dandruff.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is quite natural to have loss of hair after delivery Loss of hair is because of hormonal changes during pregnancy after delivery take good quantity of of calcium iron and vitamin supplements for sometime

it is best to use paste of methidana with curd .
for that ,
prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight) with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse it with Luke warm water
it will not only help to prevent your hairfall ,it also help to cure dandruff problem.
