Q.

Hello Mam, I am 41 yrs old and 5 months pregnant with twins. I have anterior low lying placenta covering internal os. I am suffering from severe pain in my abdomen. I can't even sleep properly. What should I do and in which position should I sleep preferably?

A. for pain in abdomen during sleeping, it's advisable to use pillow in between your legs and also under your belly to have proper support. this helps you get good sleep avoid day sleeping and be active
