hello Madam sir my son is 3 year old weight is 22 kg..he is autistic and I want to give him brain IQ and carno shine syrup..can you suggest me the how much quantity should I give in one day...TIA

Mam first of all, if you are giving this medicine with the consent of Dr then they will tell you which is going to be the correct dosage and if not then you first Cross check with your doctor and secondly I have seen with lot of cage that if you go ahead with a proper homoeopathic treatment for child to child and cover up to quite an extent, it is going to take a lot of time and patience but it does help to quite a text and say you can try that as well.
