Hello madam, My baby is having cough and cold , running nose ... What medicine should I give. Is it necessary antibiotics

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. no need . cold signs like running nose , stuffy nose and also fever can occur . Start with indirect steam inhalation for now relief and also start nasal saline spray 4-6 times a day also is safe . For cough , need to check for dry or not . Visit doctor immediately if breathing problem .
