Hello, It’s been 7 months i delivered a baby girl last month i got my first period but the problem is it’s almost gonna be a month my periods are still running(moderate flow, no cramps) Is it normal or should i consult a doctor?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well if you still have bleed then better yo do a scan n see a doctor. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

But, would still suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for a a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
