hello, is it necessary to give iron suppliment to 20 months toddler on daily basis?

A. that means unnecessary supliments are not required right,, if there is iron deficiency then nly suppliments are required right,, please clarify..

A. in such a case you need to get your child examined by your pediatrician and then oidnly proper treatment could be given further under strict medical guidance it will be better
