नमस्ते 
माता का दूध शिशु ले लिए अत्यन्त लाभकारी एवम् श्रेष्ठ होगा है।
किन्तु यदि माता का दूध कम आ रहा है , तो फॉर्मूला दे सकते है।।
यह शिशु को पचने। में इतना सरल नहीं होता जितना माता का दूध होता है अतः इससे शिशु को आमदोश (कोंस्टिपेशन) होने की सभावना रहती है।
उसे नियमित सूर्य स्नान कराएं।
