hello.. I m a mother of two kids. my second child is 1 year 3 months old I m breastfeeding her and also giving her other meals. my problem is I don't get my periods till now after my delivery.. I feel this is making me gain weight nd hormonal imbalance.. please suggest..

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom many women till they are breast feeding don’t tend to get their periods . You need to sit with your gynaecologist and discuss on that as it could be very possible the imbalance is occuring due to that
