you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Yes u can use veet to remove pubic hair on ur private part. There is no problem in that..
Maintain hygiene. Keep the vaginal area clean and dry to avoid Uti. Take care and all the best.
