hello I'm 31weeks and 5 days pregnant, my fetal growth shows 2weeks lag weight is 1.3kg , Dr. prescribed me L arginine sachet twice daily, Does it really help fetal growth and development?

A. yes dear, l arginine is used to increase the fetal weight. Don't worry. I have gone through the same phase, Whilst taking 20 days continuously, my baby weight post delivery was 3.600 kg.
