hello, I have delivered a baby via c section on March 30th, now she is 4 and half month baby. I had a weight gain of 6 kg during this period, when I was discharged from hospital I weighted 62 kg and now my weight is increased to 68 kg.

A. you can stsrt exercise. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
