NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello just make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and that would be sufficient enough and some kids can be slow weight gainers and if the child is active than wait is generally not a problem and you can include your child dry fruits dairy products along with fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables which can help in the growth of your child
