hello, I got delivered on March 12 2024.due to lack of blood,they have given blood after delivery. since yesterday I'm feeling like little body pains and legs pain

A. hi please inform your treating doctor for once take healthy and well balanced diet keep your self well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
