hello i am 32, i delivered baby girl before 9 month now i got my first period after delivery nd blood flow is very heavy, i change my all clothes every 2 hours? i cant sleep whole night, is it normal or not?

A. Take care mommy, there are many other things that can affect a regular menstrual cycle, even when you're nursing.
