hello hi my 12 days old boy suffeeing with fever from mid night can i give paracetomol syurp and his weight is 1.81 early birth plz give me suggestion ?

Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .kg As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
