Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also ddo cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your baby paracetamol to bring down the temperature if after that also the fever persists then it is advisable to try to visit your pediatrician for proper checkup
