Q.
hello Good morning my 14 month arvi .. she take meal on time .. we take care of her with always concentration she play whole day without single minute break .. sometimes she sleep on day time sometimes not .. as per doctor suggestion we give her vit D3 .. in night time she did not take good sleep ... she irritate herself by doing disturbance thing ... what should we do for her good sleep in night atleast ?

As ur baby plays whole day, the baby gets tired. Massage ur baby legs before sleeping as this helps to give sound and comfortable sleep.
Give wholesome meal to ur baby in dinner and give milk before sleeping so that baby sleeps properly at night.
