hello GM all my baby is 5 months old and today morning I noticed some blood stains in his stool is there anything to worry about.plz suggest

A. Blood into the poop can be because of stomach infection that is very very common because blood the notes stomach infection only and the colour of the motion is also looking towards the little green or white witch is definitely not a good sign so you have to have an evaluation with your doctor
