My baby is 1.5 month old . He is 3.8KG. As my breast milk supply is low . He is having formula milk and breast milk . But every time after feeding he is vomiting . Can u tell me why ??

My baby is 1.5 month old . He is 3.8KG. As my breast milk supply is low . He is having formula milk and breast milk . But every time after feeding he is vomiting . Can u tell me why ??

Hello dear parent, ypu need to burp your baby after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This really helps in well digestion of the milk. 
Also give him little less of milk than you usually give as because of overfeeding also babies tend to vomit
