A. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is 100 or more then only consider it is fever and give paracetamol to the child

A. if you are feeling uncomfortable then you can take the medicine but if you are not feeling uncomfortable you can wait and watch and you can take paracetamol if needed
