hello expart ,can I give ragi porridge to my 9 month old son during cough.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes, during cough can give ragi.. no worries. Give home made simple soft diet..
You can also give warm soups like Daal soup, vegetables soups. Add a pinch of turmaric in his food.
