hello everyone my son is 22 months now, he is not interested in any kind of food, & whichever I feed him he directly swallow it which causes omitting. whenever I offer him some finger food he refused to eat, plz suggest me how I introduce him to chew the solid food

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom Make him sit along and eat whenever possible to have a family Time. have a playway method in which him show how you are chewing and ask him to imitate you . other is offer a different textures of foods and play a game
