hello everyone my baby is 7month what can I give her at dinner so that she can sleep peacefully

A. You can give khichadi to the child that’s very good because that’s going to keep your child full for a longer duration and if there is a good gap of at least three hours 3 1/2 hours in between sleep time at dinner time then at least give milk to the child half an hour before sleeping
