Hello everyone..my baby is 2.6 years old suffering from cough cold. i give him recofast syrup but no relief in cough.. wht cn i do?? plz suggest..

A. this appears to be respiratory tract infection. will require pediatrician examination to ascertain cause whether it's viral or bacterial infection or allergic cause of cough and cold.d for running nose / cold / mucus can syp (maxtra / relent cold / wikoryl af) 5 ml twice daily. for cough can give syp asthalin 5ml twice daily . nasal saline dropds for nasal blockage and voice change. paracetamol for fever. home remedies like turmeric with milk and tulsi ginger honey.

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your child a mixture of Tulsi with Ginger black pepper honey and warm water you should also try indirect steam inhalation for some relief
