A. many times a very fine consolidations may not be visible properly on CT scan. there comes the importance of clinical examination. if the child is having difficulty in breathing as well as the doctor is able to hear altered respiratory sounds the doctor will give medicine to that

A. many times after starting antibiotics there might be resolution of the problem. so there is no need to worry and just complete the course of medicines and the child should be fine
