hello Dr. Ramya... my son is 1 year 5 months, the way he plays speaks is all good... but when comes to food dont know what is his problem. everyday whenever I try to feed him he starts crying no matter if it is food, snacks fruits.. somehow I manage to give a glass of milk. why do he hesitate to have food and as soon he see the food bowl he starts crying

Children with autism and related conditions may have delayed speech or other problems with communication, but poor social interactions and limited or restricted interests or patterns of behavior are also hallmarks of the disorder.
